Refund Policy – Great Fix Marketing

Great Fix Marketing provides professional web design, development, optimization, and digital services based on agreed project terms. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all service fees, project deposits, and consultation charges are non-refundable once work has started or once access to deliverables, files, accounts, or resources has been provided.

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, please contact us at info@greatfixmarketing.cc with the details. Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, will be issued solely at the discretion of Great Fix Marketing.

We may update pricing, packages, and related fees at any time, with or without notice. Changes apply only to future projects or upcoming billing cycles and will not affect invoices that have already been issued or payments already made.

If services are paused or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or a breach of contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of services.

Great Fix Marketing does not provide compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for delays, scope changes, revisions, or discontinued services unless explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
